Filament supply transformer for magnetron

Filament supply transformer for magnetron

(OP)
I am looking for help finding a source to purchase filament supply transformers for magnetrons.  We have been using an Advance Transformer (8080F11-90) part for many years but the supplier (AMI) ran out and cannot purchase more.  It is for running hot filament in run-of-the-mill 1kW mag tubes.  Specs are 120Vac input, 3.0Vac output, 12 Amps out and I'd like to buy 50 of them. Anybody have suggestions for an industrial microwave parts supplier besides RELL?

RE: Filament supply transformer for magnetron

Surely a local transformer winding company would be able to oblige, and probably at lower cost than an off the shelf component for that quantity.

Try showing a sample transformer to a few local transformer winders, and see what they say.  You may be pleasantly surprised.

"...run-of-the-mill 1kW mag tubes..."

Really 'run-of-the-mill'?  If so, ask a shop that repairs microwave ovens.
