Markings on hooks

(OP)
Dear sir

I found out that some of the hooks (crosby's & other's) are marked with two numbers separated by hyphen such as 13-8, 10-8, 7/8-8.
What these numbers (the first number and the second number) mean?
Is these numbers come from standard requirement? If positive – please note the standard.

Thank you
Guideon

Dear gr2vessels

I already did it, but they have not answered. That is why I ask the forum.

Thank you
