REPEAT COMMAND

REPEAT COMMAND

REPEAT COMMAND

(OP)
Is there a way to get a command to automatically repeat when using keyins?

ie. The same as double clicking the icon

RE: REPEAT COMMAND

I'm not sure what you want to do, could you elaborate some?

Ok, I'm now guessing what you are after...
You can copy paste features or even drag them in space and like windows if you hit CTRL button before you drop it, you will get an independent copy of the feature with same values.

I frequently use drag and CTRL drops with fillets/chamfers:)

RE: REPEAT COMMAND

Ctrl - Y

RE: REPEAT COMMAND

Use the up arrow key to get the last command used.

Thanks for all the useful tips but what i really want to do is this.

EXAMPLE:

Double click on the "point" icon and create a point of some escription.

Hit OK

The point icon returns automatically and continues to do so every time you click OK.

I want to do this from the command line

RE: REPEAT COMMAND

you're thinking like AutoCAD. V5 is a bit different.

CUTAWAY SECTION VIEW WITHIN PRODUCT

Anyone know how to create a cutaway view in a Catia product.

Like a section however not defined by a plane rather an extruded polyline passing through the product.
