Concrete Erosion

Concrete Erosion

Concrete Erosion

(OP)
I have a Grinder for grinding clay for a quarry tile process.  The concrete foundation is being eroded ( I think ) by material hitting the upper part of the foundation.  What can I use to coat the concrete to protect it from the material.  We have tried using porcelain tile but have had limited success.  I realize that the first step would be to stop the material from striking the wall but that seems to be inherent to this machine.

RE: Concrete Erosion

How about a sheet of stainless steel?

RE: Concrete Erosion

How about sheet rubber? It is also used on some elbows of air transport of abrasive materials.
