Copper Tailings Erosion of Centrifugal Pump

Copper Tailings Erosion of Centrifugal Pump

Copper Tailings Erosion of Centrifugal Pump

(OP)
I'm trying to reduce erosion in a copper tailings pump.  I'm looking into the following:

1. Replace the liner material
2. Replace the wear ring material
3. Use a spray coating

Can anyone tell me what materials I should be looking into and which are most resistant to erosion in copper tailings service?

Thanks

How acidic is your solution?
What are your present materials of construction?
