Level of acceptance in surface feature - A802

(OP)
I have looked through the ASTM standard for description of what the different codes in Table 1 in A 802 stands for whitout any luck.

There are four different levels, ex. level III starts like:
Surface texture A3
Nonmetallic inclusions B4
Gas porosity C3
etc..
I would like to know what A3, B4, C3 and so on stands for.
Where can I find this information?

Hopefully waiting for answers!
/Johnny

btw, it looks like there are something wrong with the order in the Gas porosity table, C2, C1, C3 & C4
