Shrinkage Compensating Concrete vs Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Shrinkage Compensating Concrete vs Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Shrinkage Compensating Concrete vs Fiber Reinforced Concrete

(OP)
I understand that shrinkage compensating concrete is meant to resist drying shrinkage and FR concrete is more of a solution to plastic shrinkage. However FR also provide resistance against drying shrinkage if enough is used.

Does anybody know what is usually more cost effective?

How much more does non-shrink concrete cost over normal concrete?

How about fiber reinforced concrete?

Thanks

RE: Shrinkage Compensating Concrete vs Fiber Reinforced Concrete

There is no such thing as non-shrink concrete.
