We have got a number of automatic valves to change in the refinery. The manufacturer is asking the Critical Pressure of Kerosene and HGO which are the liquids passing through these valves. I would like to ask if the is an easy method in calculating The critical pressure of  such liquids.

From API Technical Data Book Proceedures 4d4.1 and 4d3.1.

Pressure Critical = 3.12281 * 10^9 * Mean Average Boiling Point (deg R) ^-2.3125 * Specific Gravity ^2.3201

Temperature Critical = 24.2787 * Mean Average Boiling Point (deg R) ^.58848* Specific Gravity ^.3596
