Nested Configurations and the API

Nested Configurations and the API

(OP)
I am trying to use a design table to build nested configurations.  This seems to be impossible.  As a second option, is there a way that I can programatically move a configuration in the configuration tree?

Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Nested Configurations and the API

If I understood your question:

Unfortunately you can´t add nested (derived) configuration using Design Tables or API.
The only choice you have is add manualy a derived configuration through the configuration manager.

Hope that helps.
