Bonding TPU compnents together

Bonding TPU compnents together

(OP)
I'm looking for an agressive one part bonding agent for injection molded TPU materials (90 Shore A).

Here is an example:

Id like to find something that does not require UV light to activate, and is assembly line friendly (non-toxic).

What about primers?

Thanks
Craig

RE: Bonding TPU compnents together

HB Fuller has TPU primers and adhesive, which are solvent base or water-based , or HMMC - hotmelt moisture cure.
Normally these primer donot need a UV to active.
an EVA primer normally need that.
DongSung also has TPU primer and adhesive, such TPU (90 shoreA) using as outsole.
