I was searching late last night and finally found Esab product line.  I had forgotten about them because I haven't used their products in 15-20 years.

My client thinks we can overlay CS with one (1) pass of this and attain t-347 chemistry, and that is all he wants to pay for.  But he says if I don't reach desired results I will have to make another pass of t-347 at my cost.  I think I will run my procedures and just build in another pass in my costs.
