Arranging a Schedule Detailing Production

Arranging a Schedule Detailing Production

Arranging a Schedule Detailing Production

(OP)
Hello,
I am very new to MS project so if this simply cannot even be done then I'd understand.

What I want is to arrange a production schedule. I have a few items for example, Item 101 to item 105, and each item weights 30tons. Can I arrange it so that I input the item, input the items weight then it calculates and produces a schedule on the basis if I can only produce about 100tons/week.

I would like to do this so that I can figure at the end of the week what items have been completed or how much of an item has been completed.

Pondering Elliott
