The group has taken ownership of WPS from other aquired companies as of QW-201.1 and transfered on to group headed paper.
We have a new start up company working with the same quality system as another group member (an extension with a different name) . Can the new start company utalise the group WPS as long as there source is noted within the quality manual?

Yes, and you have to accept the original PQR's as they are written on the original company letterhead.
