articulating swivel for handheld package

Hi,
I am designing a rugged handheld product that I would to have one side that articulates (swivels).  For reference, the product would be about 2X the height and width of this camera (similar thickness): http://www.steves-digicams.com/2001_reviews/nikon995.html
Does anybody know of a vendor who specializes in hardware that would allow the two halves of the product to be joined like that?

Thanks but these all look like mechanical mounts only.  I need something that the cables can pass through also for the electronics in each half to communicate with each other.

oh! Then, depending on your Nema spec., I think we used a phone type jack and phone chord in a device.  The chord passed along the outside though.

Good idea of utilizing the mech swivel as a trough though.
