How to assign resouce automatically

Hello!
Let's say I have a project where I need to assign 5 electricians. If I create a resource called 'elec team' with 500% max units it will create a proper leveling for me for my project.

How can I assign these tasks automatically to my electricians (John, Bob, Mike, Andy, Luke) ?
I would like to define these resources in a group such as 'electrician' (that I know how to do). Then I would like project to see all 'electrician' available and assign them automatically with proper leveling. Same thing after for my 'ventilation' tasks...
