International Weather Data / Bin Maker

International Weather Data / Bin Maker

International Weather Data / Bin Maker

(OP)
I am looking for a program like Bin Maker Pro but on an international level. Something that will show dry bulb and wet bulb for 8,760 hours per year overseas. Where can I find something like this? Does such a program exist?

I would also like to ask if there is a more up to date version of the NOAA International Station Meteorological Climate Summary, that last version is from 96/97. Is there anything newer than that?

Thanks,
Ryan Johnson

I didn't even know that software existed.  I wrote my own Excel program to take weather data and put it in BINs.  You can get weather data for most worldwide locations at http://cdo.ncdc.noaa.gov/CDO/mapproduct which is the source for most world weather data.  eQUEST also has a weather utility in it but a quick look did not bring up any international files.
