Does anybody know what the standard unit of measure for pressure in Peru is? I'm guessing either Barr or Pascal, but I need to know for sure.

I think it's kilos per square meter.

It depends on who the client is - it should be spelled out in the contract, i.e. it's whatever the client says it is.

Unfortunately we haven't gotten the contract yet, the job is going to bid this week and to compete with the other company involved we needed some high quality prints ready to go, rather than the low quality GA's we normally do for this type of situation.
