Recommendations for conduit/conductor sizing software?
Recommendations for conduit/conductor sizing software?
(OP)
Hi, I wanted to see if anyone here uses software for sizing conductors and conduits. Yes, I know, it's not the hardest thing in the world. But I still don't like looking up tables because it's old-fashioned. And, yes, I also realize that most of us experienced professionals have pretty much memorized the standard sizes and capacities of conduits and conductors.
Still, having a good software for bookkeeping and for exact numbers wouldn't hurt. I came across a program called E-Tools by a company called Elite software, and it's the best that I've seen:

If anyone can recommend anything better, please let me know. I like E-tools because it's simple, keeps track of the conduits you use per project. There are a lot of more complex electrical engineering programs, but they have many unnecessary features like coordination studies and other complex features that I'm not looking for. Basically, I want a simple program to facilitate flipping through NEC tables.

RE: Recommendations for conduit/conductor sizing software?
Their software is priced about right but I have no idea how good their support is.
