Does anyone have the section dimensions for a WWF 42 x 276?

RE: Unknown WWF section dimensions

Is this a wide flange beam (WF) or welded wire fabric (WWF)?

RE: Unknown WWF section dimensions

This may be a Canadian thing,  WWF stands for Welded Wide Flange possibly WF in the US.

RE: Unknown WWF section dimensions

I have a Canadian steel manual in my office. I will look it up tomorrow and post the properties.

RE: Unknown WWF section dimensions

According to my CISC fourth edition manual (sorry this is the only one that I have in my library) they do not list a WWF 42 series.

They made WWF (welded wide flange) sections came in 50 mm increments. Please verify the size one more time. Let me know and I would be happy to look up the properties for you.

Regards,
Lutfi

Hi Lufti,

Thanks for your efforts, yes the size I stated is the correct one.  I have ordered the 2nd edition of the CISC manual with hopes that it's there.
