oh yea.. read the original thread at the time. Salt liberally applied, especially to bridge decks which freeze much faster.  Crooked construction, you bet-ya the Supreme Court of Canada ruled recently that due to the problems in the Quebec Construction Industry, unions are required there.  Seems to me also that Johnson the individual that lead this inquiry is some how connected to the ready-mix suppliers?  Its scary driving through Montreal.  A chloride case book.
