Calculate pressure drop for other fluids than water

Calculate pressure drop for other fluids than water

Calculate pressure drop for other fluids than water

(OP)
This is my first pose here so I hope I have come to the right place.

We are manufacturers of a spillage free quick connect coupling, see www.todo.se

The coupling system consists of a male half and a female half.

We have done pressure drop tests over the coupling when connected with water 70° F.
The curve looks like a second degree curve. The Cv factor
also varies for instance:
Cv 385 at 475 usgpm
Cv 415 at 1225 usgpm

Now, are there any formulas, online calculators or programs to use if we would like to recalculate it for other fluids.

I suspect we need the density and viscousity for the other fluid.

Thanks
