Safe rechargeable battery lasting an entire week?

Safe rechargeable battery lasting an entire week?

Safe rechargeable battery lasting an entire week?

(OP)
Hi everyone, I'm here for my first time, and I was wondering if anyone could give me a lead on what I'm looking for.  There is a portable desk that has its own rechargeable power supply.  The description is as follows:

"With a built-in battery powerful enough to run a laptop for an entire workweek, and recharge quickly overnight, there’s never a need to stay within reach of an electrical outlet. No wires, no cords, no cables. Each battery has a 7-10 year lifespan, at which point it can be safely recycled."

I'm currently working on a project similar to this which will need to power several devices for a long period of time.  So far, I've come across lithium ion batteries, but even then I have difficulty finding anything that comes even close to this performance.

Does anyone know what kind of battery would perform like this?

... would perform like _what_?

You need to write a spec, with numbers and units.

RE: Safe rechargeable battery lasting an entire week?

Let's play with some numbers.
Say a 60W laptop. (Not sure how reasonable that is)
Say 5 hours per day (lazy days!)
say 5 days per week.
That's 60 (watts) * 5 (hours)* 5 (days) = 1500 Watt.hours
assuming no maths errors.

Let's take a lead acid at 13V. At 1A it delivers 13W. For 1500 Watt.hours it would need 115 hours, that is 115 Amp-hours capacity. 110A.hr is a medium sized leisure battery. So a couple of lead-acids would do it.
