Does anyone have the errata for Roarks stress and strain 7th edition?

On page 788 part of the formula for the stress concentration of an elliptical hole is given as:

C1 = 1.000 + 0.000*squareroot(a/b) + 2.000(a/b)

The second term cant be right!

RE: Roarks errata

Just checked my 7th and 4th editions.
In the 4th edition, it is simply given as:

k=1+2(a/b) for wide plates

So it is the same.

Thanks,

they must have put it in so all the formulas are consistent.
