animation problem in cosmos motion

(OP)
Hi all,

I am working with cosmos motion . I work with fixture design and my work area is focussed in loading and unloading accessibility of a workpiece from a fixture setup. I have to simulate the different paths in which a particular workpiece can be loaded into or detached from the fixture setup. So far, by using cosmos motion, I have only been able to get the motion of workpiece in the direction of gravity. But, I am having a difficulty specifying a path of my own( that I wish to, and that is different from the straightforward gravity motion..eg. the wokrpiece moves out of the fixture setup, moves in the upward direction and then to the left( say). This is what I am having a problem with.

Any help is appreciated,

thanks,
Pooja
