Drafting Dimension Pink Color

Drafting Dimension Pink Color

I am having a problem with drafting dimension link loss.
I was under the impression that Catia will change a dimension from black to pink if the link is lost (due to
model geometry change. etc..). On a particular drawing the
dimensions are black on my station. When I call up this drawing on another machine the dimensions show up as pink.
Is there a setting I need to be aware of. Any help would be
appreciated.

RE: Drafting Dimension Pink Color

Check Edit > Links to see if links are ok. My guess is that your station has the correct link file stored locally and the other computer doesnt. Pink means dimensions not upto date.

RE: Drafting Dimension Pink Color

There is an icon to turn the Analysis (color) On or OFF... the icon should be orange for Analysis ON and kinda blue/grey for Analysis turn OFF.

This icon is in the Drafting TOOLS toolbar. It is the one that look like a horizontal dimension with a magnifier on the top right. On the right side of the snap to grid icon. The name of the function is Analysis Display Mode.
