Importing ProE file error

Importing ProE file error

Importing ProE file error

(OP)
When trying to import a ProE assembly file,
it tells me "All features suppressed or an
empty ProE file". Would anyone have any ideas
to get around this. These parts were made from
a former engineer who used to work here and
took ProE with him...

Thanks

RE: Importing ProE file error

Does the assy file have a MB size comparable to a file with features not suppressed.

Do the component parts of the assy import OK?

cheers

RE: Importing ProE file error

Some of old Pro/E guys would store files with all features suppressed to save disk space.  You will need to reopen and save files in Pro/e to unsuppress.  Perhaps hire a contractor to come in and do this?  Also available: <http://www.mathdata.com>.
