SA-453 Gr. 660 Class C Code Allowed?

SA-453 Gr. 660 Class C Code Allowed?

SA-453 Gr. 660 Class C Code Allowed?

(OP)
Is SA-453 Gr. 660 Class C a Code Allowed fastener material under B&PV code? I have specified Gr. 660 bolting for an internal bolting application, and the vendor wants to use Gr. 660 Class C bolting, but states that it does not have code allowable stress values. Section II lists only Class A and B, but ASTM A-453 has specifications for Class A, B, and C.

Also, if Class C is a code allowed material, how can I find the code allowable stress for the material?

Thanks!
