Best Motors and Motor Controls Textbooks
(OP)
I'm a power electronics engineer with most of my experience in switch-mode power supplies and analog. I have little DC brushless motor experience or DSP experience. Can anyone recommend a few of the best (in your opinion) text books and/or other sources so I can educate myself somewhat? I usually buy from Amazon.com. I'm a member of IEEE - not sure if I save money buying from them.
Thanks
Thanks

Also look around on Microchip's site as they explain motor types and many other aspects of motor control.

IEEE is an excellent resource, and membership is very, very well worth it if you want any of their papers, transactions, or books.
I've thought of re-joining, but don't have any pressing need. Some employers will pay or reimburse membership fees.
