Does anyone know of a manual for design guidance for SIP panels?  Thanks.

RE: Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) Engineering

The only thing I know of is the associated ICBO report, if available.  I use the design values tabulated in these reports.

Obviously, the manufacturer would have to pay for these tests or they do not exist.  If the manufacturer does not have an ICBO report, I either steer then to one who does, or recommend they seek structural engineering services elsewhere, politely of course.

I've looked before and never found anything.  Check out http://www.sips.org/

I really hate using SIPS merely because each manufacturer is different and none of them ever want to give upfront help unless they have a contract in hand.  This leaves us to randomly choosing one and using the details in their binder.  ICBO reports as stated above are good too.
