Newbie in mining machinery need help...

(OP)
Hi all,

I want to know about mining machinery, are there any website that have mining machinery catalog?

My manager wants me to find a tin & zinc mining machinery that can separate (by diagnosis?) the zinc and tin powder. But since I don't know the machine name, I can't find any information about this machine. So if you guys know about this machine name and information, please give me a hit.

Thank you in advance.

There is a big difference between the mineral handling and the metallurgical handling. Could you discribe the Problem more in detail, please.

On the mining side, we have one machine to vapor the tin and zinc rock into powder, so inside the powder we got mixed tin powder and zinc powder. Therefore, we have difficulties to separate the powder and we are looking for this particular machine that they said can do this separating job.

Thank you for your reply.

What machine vapours the Rock into powder?
So by separating the powder this machine takes out half the metallurgical process - too good to be true - sounds like a wind up.

A centrifuge will seperate minerals based on specific gravity but this will be expensive if you are feeding in the ground ore.  Maybe all you need is a jig (no not the Irish dance) it lets heavy minerals drop out when the slurry is shaken
