Hi gents,
Actually the fuel gas system that contains deethanizer system affected by the HCl corrosion. The problem initiate after the continues reformer catalyst CCR is started up.

The Hydrogen chloride is carried  over with the reformat that go to the deethanizer system.

The hydrogen chloride guard only the option we have is there any other preventive measure we can do.

Maybe you need to add some kind of corrosion inhibitor into your deethanizer top line. Contact Nalco Ondeo or Baker Hughes they will advice you on the best solution for your case
