I am attempting to write strings in mathcad. However I would like to obtain multiple lines in a single string. The problem is the string stretches across multiple pages. Does anyone know how to end a line in mathcad and continue to write the string using multiple lines.

RE: Mathcad 14 "Strings"

Can't be done that way.   The only line continuation mechanism is an arithmetic addition.  You should ask on the Mathcad Collaboratory, where you can post an example of what you want

RE: Mathcad 14 "Strings"

One kind of clunky way to do it is to display your variable as an Excel component.  Then resize the first column to whatever width you want and right click>format cells>alignment>wrap text.  Excel will wrap your text within the cell and you can play around with resizing the component and with the grid lines to make it look the way you want.
