Solid edge (system library)

Solid edge (system library)

Solid edge (system library)

(OP)
Dear Mr/Mrs
I am asking your help with solid edge problem I am facing now
The device contain assembly of parts and assembly for ex the following schematic

(SEE ATTACHED FILE)

As you can see part C build from system library which makes things fix, easy correct
and contain another features refers to Part B that is a regular part.

The problem is that Part C affect only part B and not
part A because Part C and part B are  in the same assembly and part A is in different
assembly.

Question Is there any way that part C affects part A
(The idea is that all the add values (halls, cut outs) from system library (PART
C) will put into part A).
maybe you have some macro supporting that issue.
