Ford engine measurements

Ford engine measurements

Ford engine measurements

(OP)
where can I find Ford 5.0 engine measurements, plans, drafting's, etc on the net? I just need basic measurements like the distance between heads head angles of the heads, intake measurements, so I can build a custom lower intake from my 302 EFI motor. Please summit links to sites if you can. I do not have a spare motor to take measurements from, and can not take apart my daily driver just to get measurements. I know some one out there has compiled this data if Ford is not willing to release it. any help is appreciated  thanks.....Drew

RE: Ford engine measurements

You can try links from www.roadster.com or stop by your local book store (Amazon.com maybe).  There are literally tons of books on the 5.0 Ford engine!!!  Check the magazine rack at your local convenience store (Walmart, too), it will be full of small block Ford stuff.  The Peterson Publishing empire has several books and mags on the Ford family of engines from the ddawn of time.  ANY speed shop will have what you need.
