Does anyone know if it is possible to create a laser projection in a daylight (train station/platform) environment? and thereby staying within the safety regulations.

I did some tests with laser projectors varying from 50 mW-500 mW, but the big issue is still the safety for the eyes.

preferable projection height(or lower if possible): 2-3m
projection area: 1x2m
on concrete tiles

I do not want to project in direct sunlight. Visibility is not the problem. I already tested that.

The question is would it be possible to make a contruction from that height projecting on the floor and make it safe enough for the eyes?

thx
