Pultruded Carbon Tube

This request is very similar to thread327-83694: Pultruded graphite tube.

I am currently working on a design that requires carbon rod roughly 1.5" OD and .25" wall thickness.  The lengths are around 8'.  Any suggestions on manufacturers that would have this in stock and roughly how much it would cost?

Also, does anybody know of an off the shelf system for joining rods in various angles  at least down to 15 degree increments?  Thank you.

I am still interested in this topic.  I am revising it to include any fiber and preferably a thermoplastic resin with roughly 1" OD and .25" wall thickness.  Thanks again.

You could try pultruders such as Jamco. They might also be able to advise about joining.
