special rc moment frame: post-tensioned?

(OP)
ACI318-02 section 21.3 has provisions for seismic design of the flexural members of special rc moment frames, but does anyone know of any seismic provisions for PT beams that are part of special moment frames?  Do I just follow 21.3?

Thanks.

RE: special rc moment frame: post-tensioned?

Along with ACI 21 there is also modifications and additions to ACI in Chapter 19 of IBC that apply to special moment frames with prestressing.
