Hi all, I don't know if it's me but I can't find the flexible option for sub-assembly.

Do you have the same problem?

thanks

RE: Flexible sub-assembly and Solidworks 2008

When you RMB on the sub-assembly and select properties, the option isn't there?

Hi Jeff, yes the option is supposed to be there like Solidworks 2007, but in 2008 when you right click on part or sub-assembly you don't have the properties "button".

thanks

RE: Flexible sub-assembly and Solidworks 2008

Do you still have the Customize button? If so it may just need to be selected from that list.

cheers

RE: Flexible sub-assembly and Solidworks 2008

That's right...it's there but not where it was. In the "head's up" box, there's an icon that looks like a hand pointing at a piece of paper, that's your component properties button. And, I just checked, solve as flexible is still there.
