I know there are a few programs that translate Catia files into Solidworks files. What about the other way around - Solidworks to Catia? My company is thinking about switching to Catia so we are discusing all options.

Yesm I would love to see that. Were the tree is intact.

There is a multicax plug in for catia to be able to import solidworks data. Haven't tried so I don't know anything about the performance. But that would give you option to open or insert the parts into a catia assembly.

I would like to convert RHINO solids to Catia solids rather than iges planes. Does anyone know how to do this?
