I need to calculate the distance and also the influence of the SA on the transformer 200 MVA 220/121/10,5 kV

Try the following references:

a-IEEE std C62.22,Table 4: Require SA MCOV & transf. BIL.
b-RUS Bulltin 1724E-300, Graphs fig 5-43 to 45.

Consider order the SA mounted in the transformer tank brakets to minimize the protective distance and eliminate the need of additional SA support structures, foundation and labor cost associated with the SA.
