Inserting lat/long points -AC 2004

(OP)
I have a list of sign locations, described in latitude/longitude, that I would like to import into a highway base map file. There are 224 signs, so I don't want to enter them individually. I can't find out how to import by lat/long.

I suppose I could use Excell to convert them into northings and eastings, if I knew the conversion factor.

Can anyone help me figure out how to do it, either way?

Thanks,
