Daily hrs for a resource

Daily hrs for a resource

If I have 1 resource and many tasks, can I attribute each day  different work hours.
I.e: 1 week of work and I would like that the resource work 3hrs on Monday, 5hrs on thuesday etc…

Is it possible to do this?

Thanks a lot for the reply but can you precise how I access the properties page of the resource. Because when I open the resource info window I have the General, Working Time, Costs and Notes tabs.

Thank you in advance, because it will help me a lot.

RE: Daily hrs for a resource

My problem is that I have a resource that at a certain time of the project is underallocated. So I thought I just have to enter on the general tab the Avail from/to fields with the concerned dates with a higher %, but it doesn't work. My duration is not reduced (because % increased) and the work hours not increased too. I have only an error message.
Sorry it is difficult to explain those kind of problems in writing.

I fixed the work (in hrs)

RE: Daily hrs for a resource

It sounds like you might want to work from the Resource Usage View.  Then you can move over to the Time Phased portion on the right and input the number of hours of Work that you would like the Resource to work on each task by day.

Adjusting the Avail to and From dates is probably not what you want to do.

Hope this helps!
