When I start a new document with the aid of New dialog box there are some tabs I don’t understand.
1.    Reports tab; is empty, how do I make a template?
2.    Tutorial tab: When shall I use these templates?

Those tabs happen to be there because automatically SE will create a tab for each folder inside the targeted folder for your templates. If you target your own folder for your templates SE will create tabs of it and will keep his original tabs at the end.

So there is a tab "reports" that contains the format of your reports, this tab has nothing to do with creating a new part.

For The tab "tutorial" I think it's there because they had no better place where to put it.
