(OP)
I'm looking for a spray-on exterior insulation for a pressure vessel that will be 350F internally.  I want to be able to have a human hand touching the outside of the vessel indefinitely with no burns.  Any ideas on where I can find a high temperature foam spray or the like?

RE: spray-on exterior insulation

I would give these people a call. We used this material with varying degrees of success, mainly due to application problems.

This is one of several of this type coating on the market.
