PEEQ

PEEQ

(OP)
hi all,

Defining plasticity card i had to convert Nominal stress - strain curve into True-logarithmic scale.

Let's say A% is 12,2 (0.122) but as logarithic it's equeval to 0.1

Question:
PEEQ values are as Logarithmic or Normal. I set limit for PEEQ in legend but i am not shure that it should be 0.122 (nominal) or 0.1 (logarithmic)

Thanks in advance

RE: PEEQ

BlazejSleboda,

Once you are in the plastic range, use of nominal values does not make sense. I would say use true values for PEEQ also.
