...can I provide to a bolt on a RF ANSI-flange without damage the flange and the reach the yield(50% or more)?

Please also give me some methods that can help med reach the boltforce...

Not unusual to go to 80% yield on typical SA-193 bolting on ASME B16.5 flanges... Depends on the type of gasket being used... With excessive bolt load, you might get excessive flange rotation and thus leaking, but it would be difficult to cause permanent physical damage to a flange by overtorquing the bolts.
