Does anyone know where I can find environmental regulations for allowable levels of CO2, CO, H2 and CH4 that can be put into the air?

"Environment Canada" is the name of the national environmental regulatory agency in Canada. You can contact them about the Canadian national air pollution regulations at:

Each of the Provinces in Canada also have an environmental regulatory agency. You didn't tell us what Province you live in, but I am sure you can find your Province's environmental regulatory agency with a Google search. Then you can contact them about the regulations that apply to your offgases.
