Add Component to Simplified Rep

Add Component to Simplified Rep

(OP)
Hi all,

Is it possible when working in Assembly, to add a component to only show in the currently selected simplified rep?

At the moment, if I add a component to the assembly, regardless of what rep I am currently in, I then have to go through all the existing reps "excluding" the new component.

Many thanks.

Sorry maybe I should add it is WF2.

Cheers

No, by default, Pro/E addds new components to the Master rep and they show up in all the other reps.

Thanks for that. That's a shame as if you have a big assembly and work with many reps, sometimes you just want to add a component to one rep. You then have to go through all the other reps excluding the new component.

Cheers.
