Dimensional Information missing

Ok, got a funny one here:

Using Solidworks Office Professional 2007 (SP3.1), first of all.

We look at a drawing in PDM, it shows a dimension with C'Bore symbol before and depth symbol after.  When you check out the drawing these symbols are MISSING.  Out of 4 different computers 3 have this problem.  One computer, and actually the computer where this drawing originated can see the symbols when it is checked out.

Anyone have this problem?

Thanks

RE: Dimensional Information missing

I guess I'll ask the usual questions...
Have you tried ctrl+Q after checking them out? What about graphic cards; are they all the same with the same drivers? Are you sure they're missing and not just hidden?

The persons computer who can display this info is exactly like mine.

We are checking his setting to mine, which we found some differences.

In Performance, the setting of "always checking out as resolved".  Low and behold, the information is viewable.

We changed a couple setting under External Reference, reload the file, and the information is there.  Uncheck the settings, and hit OK, the info is GONE (right in front of our eyes).  Trying to uncheck and recheck, the info disappears and re-appears...

RE: Dimensional Information missing

Could be availability of fonts on each computer.
