Hi Are they online tutorials any good and has any one done them i.e. the pay for ones or are they just the same as thr free ones??

RE: online tutorials for proe

The PTC ones from online university are okay but they are very example specific. I used to work for a PTC reseller so I got access to take courses for free. I think that the best way to learn Pro/E if you've used similar systems is by teaching yourself and using this forum.

There is a great site for CAD tips and tutorials for almost all the CAD systems called 3D Cad Tips which has a Pro/E section.

To get you started here are some good free and pay tutorial site links.

Free Sites
http://3dcadtips.com/
http://silverstone.fortunecity.com/daytona/344/proehelp/fundamentals/relations.htm
http://www.me.uvic.ca/~mech410/proe_tutorials.html

Sites with access to Pay and free samples
http://proecentral.com/
http://www.kinetivision.com/
http://v5.myigetit.com/floor/tips.aspx?strSessionId=&selCategory=9
http://frotime.com/

And lastly the company we know and love
http://www.ptc.com/learning

When did you start working with Pro/E and what other systems have you used?
I'm just curious.

Also to take full advantage of this site take a look at the following link which is always available below the text editor.
